Hi i applied for leave to remain on the bases of family route, a ten year route and this is the third renewal. I tried to download the MANDATORY AND OTHER DOCUMENTS as instructed ,but due to the volume of the documents my phone is not able to withstand the capacity. I have been trying to book for an appointment on the phone for hours for the past two weeks now no one is picking the calls. The response is ” WE ARE SORRY, THERE ARE NO AGENTS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE.THESE HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR DAYS AND WEEKS NOW.

I was exited from the UK on 11 Novemver 2018. I heared there is 2 year rule to re-entre the Uk.This mean i must entre uk before 11 Nov 2020.But owing to COVID-19 pandemic i am still in lockdown in Nepal. So, is there still apply the 2 year rule during this pandemic? i am holder of NTL (No Time Limit) card nepalese citizen and former Gurkha Soldier.
