    Can you help please !!!
    I live in the Scottish Borders, in an area with a very poor and often non existent mobile phone signal. I obtained and A3 (2106) from 02 on the 31st Oct 2016 ( Gyle Edinburgh) and up until end of November this year used 02’s TUgo wifi facility for signal facility from my home/business. Tugo is no longer and I have been left without a means of communcation by mobile phone, hence contacting you from my desk top.
    Having spoken to 02 they now have new 4g wifi facility of which they tell me that my phone is no longer compatible and that I need a new model or get a software upgrade from you. I was told at the time of buying the phone from 02 that it had a 4g facility and indeed it says in the menu 2g 3g and 4g auto connect.
    As you can imagine, I am shocked and need answers
