I would like to compliment the service that I had on my recent visit to your Leeds showroom. I had an hour booked with one of your female tech reps on Thurs 1st Nov a 12-00, she was polite, and knew her stuff, she also had the patience of a saint dealing with an old man who’s tech savvy can be written on the back of a postage stamp, and also dealt with my problems with courtesy but most of all listened and really wanted to be of assistance and she was. Sorry I cannot remember her name but could you please give her my sincere regards ands thanks.
