Your corps diplomatique car (registration 209 D 103) seems frequently parked outside (what appears to be an Ambassadorial residence) a home in Tring Avenue W5 3QB. The problem is that the car engine is constantly running therefore producing fumes which affect not only the residents of the house but also the rest of the Street. I am wondering if this might be stopped to prevent any further pollution?
