    Dear Sirs,

HSBC Account No. 61560190 Sort Code 40-37-08

I am currently living outside UK and returning to UK to resume full-time postgraduate studies.

In spite of several calls requesting the unblocking of access to my account occasioned by an expired gadget containing access pin codes to the account, the issue remains unresolved.

I was told that I needed to be physically present in UK in order to re-activate my access codes, after certain documents or materials that were sent by the Pontypridd branch, during my absence, to my UK address, were not acted upon.

I have since been admitted to pursue full-time DBA studies at the University of South Wales (USW), and wish to apply for a study loan from HSBC Caerphilly Branch, to cover the initial £7000 deposit fees required, for confirmation and issuance of a Student’s Permit.

I shall be pleased to receive your advice as to how I could go about making this application, considering that I may only enter UK after payment of the requisite deposit fees to USW.

    Sincerely,

    Eliud
