    Hi ,

    I am desperately trying to get my account with this branch released . I received a mail saying the account has been frozen as there have been no transactions . I have contacted the international call centre to no avail . I am based in Johannesburg South Africa and am restricted in travelling to the UK at present due to Covid restrictions . Please can someone urgently assist me .
