Trade members qualify by owning or operating a business while Individual membership is available to individuals from specific employment groups. All members get a complimentary spouse/domestic partner card. Costco warehouses are open seven days per week for all members.

    Our TV purchased from Costco still under guarantee broke down. My wife spoke to technical services who arranged for an engineer to call. Two weeks later the engineer called, said it needed a new screen, and he would send the report that day. We have spoken to the engineers who said they told Costco on October 2nd
    that the TV could not be repaired. We have now been without the TV for a month. This in not the sort of service
    I would have expected from Costco
