Austria

CoronaVirus (nCoVid 19) – Entry restrictions to Austria from UK- as of 16.03.2020

All the passengers and airline crew members who have been or stayed in the United Kingdom in the past 14 days will have to provide a medical certificate stating that:

The above mentioned is not applied for the nationals of Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland, passengers with a British passport, crew members of cargo, emergency, rescue/ambulance or ferry flights.

Bahrain

CoronaVirus (nCoVid 19) – Entry restrictions to Bahrain from UK- As of 19.03.2020

All the passengers who have been or stayed in the United Kingdom in the past 14 days will not be allowed to transit and enter Bahrain.

The above mentioned is not applied for the nationals of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates, passengers who reside in Bahrain, airline crew members, military personnel, special approval from Nationality, Passport Residence Affairs Directorate of Bahrain, passengers with a valid letter of Prior Permission Granted which is presented prior to boarding.

Botswana

CoronaVirus (nCoVid 19) – Entry restrictions to Botswana from UK- As of 19.03.2020

  • Passengers who have been or stayed in the United Kingdom in the past 14 days will not be allowed to transit and enter Botswana.
  • The above mentioned is not applied for the nationals and residence of Botswana.
  • Visa issued will be invalidated to the passenger with a British passport with nationality “British Citizen”.

Bulgaria

CoronaVirus (nCoVid 19) – Entry restrictions to Bulgaria from UK- As of 18.03.2020

  • Passengers who have been or stayed in the United Kingdom in the past 14 days will not be allowed to transit and enter Bulgaria.
  • The above mentioned is not applied for the nationals, family members and residence of Bulgaria.

Cayman Island

CoronaVirus (nCoVid 19) – Entry restrictions to Cayman Island from UK- As of 19.03.2020

  • Passengers arriving from the United Kingdom to Cayman Island will be isolated for 14 days.

China

CoronaVirus (nCoVid 19) – Entry restrictions to China from UK- As of 18.03.2020

  • All passengers arriving at Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK) will be quarantined at the designated hotels in Beijing for 14 days.
  • Passengers who live in or have been in United Kingdom in the past 14 days arriving at Shanghai Pudong (PVG) or Shanghai Hongqiao (SHA) must undergo 14-day quarantine at home or in designated places for medical observation.
  • All passengers arriving at Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport (XMN) will be quarantined for medical observation at the designated hotels for 14 days on their own expenses. – This does not apply to passengers under 18 years old, passengers above 70 years old, pregnant women and passengers suffering from illness. They must apply for permission to undergo a 14-day quarantine at home.

Germany

CoronaVirus (nCoVid 19) – Entry restrictions to Germany from UK- As of 18.03.2020

1. Passengers arriving from a non-Schengen Member State are not allowed to enter Germany.
This does not apply to:
– nationals of EEA Member States, passengers with a British passport with nationality “British Citizen”, “British Overseas Territories Citizen” issued by Gibraltar, British Passports with a Certificate of Entitlement to the Right of Abode issued by the United Kingdom;
– passengers with long-term right of residence (residence permit or longer-term visa) in an EEA Member States or the United Kingdom;
– family members of nationals of EEA Member States, Switzerland and of passengers with a British passport with nationality “British Citizen”, “British Overseas Territories Citizen” issued by Gibraltar, British Passports with a Certificate of Entitlement to the Right of Abode issued by the United Kingdom;
– healthcare professionals, health researchers or elderly care professionals;
– frontier workers;
– transport personnel including crew engaged in transport of goods;
– diplomats, staff of international organizations, military personnel and humanitarian workers in the exercise of their functions;
– passengers traveling for emergency family reasons;
– passengers in need of international protection or for other humanitarian reasons.
2. Passengers must present a completed Public Health Passenger Locator Form upon arrival.

Singapore

CoronaVirus (nCoVid 19) – Entry restrictions to Singapore from UK- As of 18.03.2020

  • Passengers who have been in the United Kingdom in the last 14 days will be issued a 14-day SHN upon entry into Singapore. In addition, they will have to provide proof of the place where they will serve the 14-day SHN, such as a hotel booking covering the entire period, or a place of residence they or their family members own.
    – This does not apply to passengers who are transiting in Singapore without leaving the airport transit area.
  • For work pass holders who have been in the United Kingdom within the last 14 days, they are allowed to enter Singapore, subjected to the Ministry of Manpower’s (MOM) prior approval. They are required to show the MOM’s approval letter to airline staff upon check-in and before boarding, as well as to ICA officers at the immigration checkpoint upon their arrival in Singapore.

USA

CoronaVirus (nCoVid 19) – Entry restrictions to USA  from UK- As of 17.03.2020

Passengers who have transited or have been in the United Kingdom (excluding overseas territories outside of Europe), in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter the USA.

Turkish Airlines Suspended flights from UK due to CoronaVirus COVID 19 Outbreak

Turkish Airlines Suspended flights from UK starting from 23 rd March 2020 until 17 th April 2020.

Refund or Rebook from Turkish Airlines due to CoronaVirus

  • Passengers who are having flight tickets between March 23, 2020 and April 17, 2020 with Turkish airline from UK can change their tickets free of charge if the new reservation is for a flight taking place by May 31, 2020.
  • Refunds will be issued for unused tickets.
  • For partially used tickets, where the trip has not been completed, our passengers will be provided with route changes to the extent possible or will receive refunds for the non-used portion of the ticket.
