I have only two cheques left,Have not received a replacement cheque book.
I requested a new one over a week ago using the phone number 03457345 345.I was told it was being input as we spoke to speed things up!!…I have not received it.
After numerous attempts and waiting ages on the phone to even get to speak any one I have resorted to this E-Mail can you help me?
I do on line banking as well.I am 82 and been with Barclays since I left school..and was an employee,before this very technical age.!!!
Please can I just have a new cheque book??
