I’m not at all surprised at the announcement of the closure of the Midsomer Norton branch in January 2019.
This branch has deteriorated progressively since the retirement of the previous manageress, Maggie De Koning.
Maggie De Koning treated customers with respect and knew how to solve a problem.
Since her retirement, customers have been dealt with in an abrupt and rude manner.
The current manageress treats customers as if they are just another number.
    This is her result!
