    Dear whoever it may concern
    Your compensation forms online do not appear to be working so I have resorted to sending a direct email, in the hope my complaint will be followed up upon
    Myself and my group were travelling to Budapest from London, via Vienna on the 3rd August. Both flights were being run by Austrian airlines. Due our first flight being delayed, we ended up being stranded in Vienna. After eventually making to Budapest, our bags remained in Vienna. They did not arrive until the night of the 4th August. As a result, I was forced to buy multiple items, such as a change of clothes and toiletries. As I was also attending a taekwondo camp, I also had to buy sports gear. As this expenditure of funds should not have been necessary had our baggage arrived at the correct time, I am requesting reimbursement for this expenditure.
    The full list of items I was forced to buy ,and request reimbursement, for is as follows:
    -Toothbrush
    -Toothpaste
    -Shower gel
    -Shampoo
    -Conditioner
    -Iron tablets (Ferrous Fumarate)
    -Underwear
    -Socks
    -Sports Bra
    -Sports top
    -Sports leggings
    -Change of clothes
    -Towel

    Please be so kind as to direct this email to the correct department. I am also very happy to send copies of the (numerous receipts as well as my several boarding passes.

    Who will be my point of contact with regards to a claim for compensation due to your flight being delayed which made my husband and myself miss our connecting flight – this is a delayed claim due to the terrible service from Lufthansa now telling us we have to contact you – to make a claim from back on 20th July, 2019
